1. Nutrition Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or related field (Master’s (S2) preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in community nutrition programs or similar roles within NGOs.
- Priority will be given to candidates from among Orang Asli Papua (OAP) who meet the qualifications, in alignment with efforts to strengthen local ownership and sustainability.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills, with the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with government, community stakeholders, and development partners
- Experience working with NGOs, UN agencies, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.
- Familiar with project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity, especially in engaging with indigenous and local communities.
- Willingness to be based in Biak, Papua Province, and travel to field locations as required.
- Never involved in Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, terrorism, and corruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of community and school-based nutrition programs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for teachers, health workers, parents, and community volunteers.
- Design and distribute educational materials to promote good nutrition and healthy behaviors.
- Coordinate with local government, NGOs, and stakeholders to ensure program alignment and support.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor program progress and provide technical assistance.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to measure program impact and improve interventions.
- Manage and supervise program staff and volunteers effectively.
- Ensure compliance with UNICEF and partner policies, standards, and ethical guidelines such as PSEA, GEDSI, etc.
2. Field Program Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nutrition, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in community health, nutrition, or development programs.
- Priority will be given to candidates from among Orang Asli Papua (OAP) who meet the qualifications, in alignment with efforts to strengthen local ownership and sustainability.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in cross-sector coordination and partnership-building with local, district, and provincial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in field settings.
- Familiarity with data collection and basic reporting.
- Experienced in facilitating training sessions and community outreach for students, parents, teachers, school principals, and government officials.
- Quick to respond and skilled in resource mobilization and field coordination.
- Prior experience with NGOs or community-based organizations is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Biak, Papua Province, and travel to field locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement nutrition and well-being activities directly in schools and communities.
- Facilitate trainings and meetings with students, parents, teachers, school principals, and local government officials.
- Mobilize community members and local stakeholders to actively participate in program activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and provide on-site support.
- Assist in data collection and reporting from the field.
- Coordinate logistics and resources needed for field activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with local partners and community groups.
- Quickly respond to field challenges and support problem-solving.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in nutrition or community health programs.
- Applicants are required to submit a portfolio of their M&E work, which may include samples of reports, dashboards, tools developed, or evaluation summaries.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Excel, KoboToolbox, Google Data Studio, QGIS, and others.
- Experience with accountability frameworks and beneficiary feedback mechanisms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams and remote settings.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with NGOs or UN agencies programs is an advantage.
- Willingness to be based in Biak, Papua Province.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems for nutrition and education programs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to assess progress and impact.
- Develop data collection tools, surveys, and reporting templates.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting.
- Support field teams with data collection, monitoring visits, and capacity building on M&E.
- Facilitate accountability mechanisms including beneficiary feedback and complaint handling.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to inform program improvements.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders including UNICEF and partners.
- Collaborate with program staff to integrate M&E findings into program planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with UNICEF and partner policies, standards, and ethical guidelines such as PSEA, GEDSI, etc.
4. Communication, Media, and Behavior Changer Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Nutrition, Public Health or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in communication, media management, or behavior change programs.
- Applicants are encouraged to submit a portfolio showcasing previous communication or media work, including campaign materials, video content, or Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) strategies.
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and digital media management.
- Experience in community engagement and public awareness campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with nutrition or health-related communication is a plus.
- Prior experience with NGOs, UN agencies, or development programs is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote nutrition and healthy behaviors.
- Design and produce IEC (Information, Education, Communication) materials for various audiences
- Manage social media and other media platforms to raise awareness and engage stakeholders.
- Organize community events, campaigns, and workshops to support behavior change.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build relationships with media outlets and community influencers to amplify program messages.
- Support capacity building of local partners in communication and behavior change techniques.
- Ensure compliance with UNICEF and partner policies, standards, and ethical guidelines such as PSEA, GEDSI, etc.
5. Admin and Finance Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in NGO or international programs (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SANGO and other relevant tools) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with donor compliance and reporting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to be based in Biak, Papua Province.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
- Handle financial transactions, including budgeting, bookkeeping, and expense tracking.
- Responsible for financial reporting and ensuring compliance with donor and organizational policies.
- Support procurement and contract management processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
- Assist in payroll and staff reimbursement processes.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and service providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with UNICEF and partner policies, standards, and ethical guidelines such as PSEA, GEDSI, etc.
